MATERIAL CONTROL EXECUTIVE (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring of material/major production consumable.
• Ensuring smooth production flow and sufficient raw materials supplies to production.
• Inventory management of raw materials.
• To ensure the accuracy of materials transaction of monthly inventory.
• To guide and ensure the system for overall store activities in good order.
• Independence with ability to coordinate with others department towards achieving company policies.
• Provide good leadership and able to identify training needs with the necessary skill and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirement
• Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administrat ion/Management/ Material Science /any Engineering field.
• Minimum 1 years related experience in manufacturing industry
• Good negotiation skill, persuasive skill and presentation skills
• Possess integrity, meticulous and cost analysis knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful and self motivated.
• Computer literate in MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and other related document preparation.
• Liaise with forwarders, customs, customers and internal depts
• Handle sales order processing; assign and verify shipping documentation prior to shipment loading operations.
• Prepare monthly reports for custom & other related departments
• Other ad-hoc job assignments
Requirement
• Diploma or Bachelor¡¦s Degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in any related field in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in Sales & Distribution module of SAP system will be added advantage.

• Set up the production schedules for service parts and ensure that quantities and timing are met.
• Confirmed the delivery date of parts for internal supplier, to customer and shipping method of parts to customer.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for PCB production to achieve production plan in respective line.
• Manage and monitor the production team and ensure that the team works efficiently to meet production targets.

• Plan the number of jobs that each team has to carry out and set deadlines that they have to meet.

Responsibilities
• Purchasing and sourcing activities.
• Negotiation on process within the requirement of quality, service, credit terms, discounts to ensure quality and operation efficiency to meet company's objectives.
• To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information and documentations.
• Liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• To review, control and monitor stock inventory at an acceptable stock level, to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation.
• Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with vendors.
• Structured vendors development and competitive procurement prices.
Requirement
• Diploma/ Degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in vendor sourcing and purchasing for electrical / electronics parts.
• To execute purchase orders and follow up or expedite delivery of products.
• Knowledge in MRP Application will be an added advantage.  
  
 
ENGINEER (2 Vacancies)
Responsibilities
• Coordinating new tooling (press dies, plastic molds, aluminum die-cast and etc) development with mold makers (suppliers), modify tooling in accordance with technical development and maintaining existing tooling condition to support the production requirement
• Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities to improve productivity and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Auditing suppliers technically in accordance to the company requirement.
• Involve in new product development and product transfer activities by leading manufacturing prototyping, pilot run and supporting production process preparation (3P) to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Designs and implements improvements to products, processes, materials, tooling
• Analyze product performance and capability and provide recommendations and executes solutions to improve product performance, quality and reliability
Requirement
